A voice called us to Estonia- the voice of Mari Kalkun, You’ll hear it now. Friends have helped us to acquire the farm this autumn on the island of Hiiumaa: Maegede Talu – farm on the hill What do we encounter there in winter? We have asked two friends, Maarja and Birk, to find with us, what can live and grow in this place. Our visions: this will be a place of movement of encounter of being of silence of expansion of experience of creation of living in nature of gardening of gathering of discovering The farm has been abandoned for years, but we’ve felt welcome from the start, despite the cold. The few days have revealed so much, they’re bright and the summer plans are ripening. Everybody can come and help develop this place. AND DON’T THINK THAT A GARDEN LOOSES ITS ECSTASY IN WINTER IT IS MERLY RESTING BUT THE ROOTS ARE REBELLIOUS DEEP DOWN.
